Parking Reminder
We kindly remind parents not to park in the Valley Creek parking lot or the Hidden Valley parking lot during drop‑off and pick‑up times. These lots are reserved for staff and buses, and additional vehicles create safety concerns for students and congestion on-site.
Please use designated street parking or approved drop‑off areas instead.

School Fees | Field Trips
A reminder that families can pay their child’s field trip fees using your MyCBE account. Please visit your students’ account throughout the year.
Fees can be viewed and paid online using your MyCBE account.
Learn and Share | School Planning
We know we make better decisions to support student learning when we build understanding and work together. That’s why we’ll be sharing information about school planning and asking you to share your perspectives.
During this engagement, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn About
- School planning, which includes the school development plan, school budget and school fees
- How the school development plan sets the overall focus and direction for a school to improve student learning outcomes
- How the school budget provides funding to implement our school development plan
- School fees and why they are necessary
Participate
- Participate in our school council meeting, which will be both virtual and in-person on Wednesday March 11 at 6:30 pm to learn more about school planning. There will be an opportunity to provide feedback at this meeting.

AEA Survey | Grade 4 Students
Our Grade 4 students will be completing the Alberta Education Assurance Survey in class next week. Students will take part on Monday or Tuesday, depending on their class schedule. This survey gives Alberta Education valuable insight into students’ school experiences and helps support ongoing improvements in teaching and learning.
